Hi, I'm Sarah, I have been cutting and colouring hair since 2008. I have a beautiful Studio tucked away in the country-side, between Brighton & Eastbourne in East Sussex. 

I started my career training as an Apprentice Hairstylist. I already had a Business Diploma under my belt as I knew wanted a little business acumen.

In 2012 I opened my own salon 'The Hair Company - Lewes', a charming, boutique space on Market Street. This was a busy and professional booked out salon with up to 5 stylists. We also  gained national recognition by being listed in Tatler Magazines 'Good Salon Guide'. 

In 2018 I had my first of three children and I made the decision to focus on family so The Hair Company sadly closed.

Since starting a family, I have rebuilt my hairdressing business and I have adapted my services, offering a menu that is truly personalised to each individual guest in my chair. My signature is 'effortless and blended', while also being 'classy and classic'. This has naturally evolved into a passion for Grey Blending which I have been interested in and have been offering for a while now!... before the trend hit!

I love being a hairstylist, I love to help my clients feel confident and empowered. Its so amazing what a really good colour or cut can do for self esteem and confidence, especially if I'm eliminating harsh regrowth lines from permanent colour or helping clients with colour maintenance longevity.

 I think one thing my clients would agree with is that your experience in my chair is unlike any other. I truly care, I want to get it right and for you to feel fabulous.
